One Planning Consult was engaged by the proponent to secure development approval for a mixed-use development comprising a restaurant, offices, a childcare centre, a medical clinic and a community centre. The project also involved consultation with objectors and the development of practical solutions to address site constraints arising from its proximity to established residential areas.
